Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel any plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Free trials

Pro and Team include a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

Refunds

Monthly and yearly fees already paid are not refunded for the remainder of a period, except where the law requires it. Interview packs are not refundable once any interview from the pack has been used. If you were charged in error, for example twice for the same period, write to us and we will refund the incorrect charge.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Email support@processmapai.com from the address on your account. Once self-serve billing opens, you will also be able to cancel in your account settings.
