Pricing questions
What counts as an interview?
One interview session, from the moment you start it until you finish it, however many questions it covers. Re-opening a finished interview to review or approve the model does not count again.
What happens when I use up my interviews?
Your existing projects stay available. To run more interviews that month, add a pack of 10 or move to a larger plan. Unused interviews do not roll over.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy.
How do invoices and VAT work?
Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record and calculates VAT or sales tax for your country. EUR prices are shown excluding VAT; tax is added at checkout. You receive an invoice by email for every payment.
Which plan includes a free trial?
Pro and Team include a 14-day free trial. During early access we set it up by email; once self-serve checkout opens, starting a trial will require a card and you can cancel before the trial ends.
Which interview languages are supported?
Interviews are currently transcribed in Chinese. English transcription is in development.
